• Your lens should be fitted in your goggle before applying the protect strip.
• Peel back the inner "adhesive side" film slightly.
• Line up the strip on your lens.
• Apply the film and gradually peel away the rest on the inner protective layer.
• Apply pressure starting at the centre and working outwards.
• Remove outer protective film.
